Greening the Culture Brand Marketing Campaign is cost -effective, response-driven collaborative marketing campaign that challenges individuals, businesses and organizations in the top ten urban markets to reduce the carbon footprint in their communities by 20% by 2014.

The Greening the Culture Campaign promotes Personal Sustainability, waste and carbon footprint reduction in urban communities and is designed to create awareness and encourage social and environmental responsibility and value based consumerism. Each month, UrbanGoGreen will roll out a new component of the campaign. Expect prized challenges, exciting events and amazing incentives all designed to inspire dedicated participation of urban America in the green revolution.

Goals of the UrbanGoGreen Greening the Culture Campaign:

  • To Green the Culture in Urban Centers. Our goal is to inspire one in every three adults in the top ten urban centers around the nation (eventually the world) to reduce their carbon footprint by 10% by 2014
  • To conveniently involve communities in going green by offering individuals, companies and organizations opportunities to make simple “greener” and healthier choices that will benefit them, their families, businesses, communities and the planet
  • To broaden the market reach of socially responsible, eco-conscious consumer brands
  • to bring the green business sector, urban communities, cultural icons and tech savvy entrepreneurs together in an integrated network built on the tenants of personal, community and global sustainability.
